Where do you ask did I end up when I started out virtually walking the first of this year? I ended up just south of Eugene, OR... When I lay out a course like this on a map, I really can see progress - like I am virtually getting somewhere! It is fun...
Oh yeah - not that the number on the scale is a measure of everything - but the number went down by 6 lbs this month as well!
