Just chillin...
This weekend I did something I haven't done in a long time... I chilled out... a bit of cleaning here and there, but not much more than that... Normal laundry, TV watching, playing games with the kids... But for the first time in as long as I can remember, I did not do one thing - exercise...
Sometimes it is good to give your body a break, and a break I did give it! While it felt good, I know that if I had done it for any longer, I would probably try to make it a habit. And a habit of not exercising is not good for my body, mind and soul... It feels good to be back walking at my Trekdesk today - getting my body back into moving - what it really likes!
Be sure to give yourself a chance to rest from time to time - your body will appreciate it...
