I am sleepy and extra tired today for some reason...
I got to work and didn't walk to walk - I sat on my stool at my trekdesk for a bit with my music on... A good song came on (one with a good beat) and I reminded myself of my goal of walking AT LEAST 5 miles each day... I set the stool aside and started up the treadmill... 10 minutes later I was in my groove... walking like it was second nature again... See, all I needed to do was get up off my duff and take the first step!
The rest of the workday continued the same - each time I stopped, it was hard to get myself going again, but I reminded myself of the 5 mile a day weekday goal & pushed through...
